The training focuses on utilizing third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) automation tools, agentic marketing structures, automated marketing system configurations, and advanced email marketing technical architectures intended to minimize spam filter execution risks and scale delivery workflows.

All content, code, protocols, strategic workflows, visual designs, audio-visual materials, training guides, and frameworks provided within our Services constitute the highly protected Intellectual Property of NeoSymmetry LLC.

  • Limited License: Upon full payment of appropriate course fees, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course materials for your personal professional development or internal business execution.
  • Prohibited Uses: You are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, reselling, licensing, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works of, or publicly sharing any part of the NeoSymmetry framework, workflows, or proprietary automation sequences without explicit prior written authorization from NeoSymmetry LLC.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties (Absolute Performance Disclaimer)

The core philosophy of the NeoSymmetry framework is the structural realization that effective marketing automation requires absolute symmetry between human strategic intent and programmatic execution. While our internal engineering and historical applications indicate that a properly aligned Growth Engine can drastically reduce marketing expenses (by targets up to 50%) and minimize operational workloads (by targets up to 80%) through automation layers and instant decision-support mechanisms, we offer no structural guarantees regarding individual results.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: ALL COURSES, TRAINING FRAMEWORKS, TECHNIQUES, METHODOLOGIES, AND SOFTWARE SUGGESTIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. NEOSYMMETRY LLC MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR ENDORSEMENTS WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FINANCIAL RETURN, OR ERROR-FREE WORKFLOW COMPLIANCE.

Marketing outcomes are inherently dependent on external economic variables, market factors, third-party software changes, algorithmic updates by independent platform providers, and the unique capabilities and execution accuracy of the individual User. Consequently:

4. Third-Party Automation Tools and Infrastructure

The NeoSymmetry Growth Engine functions as an integration layer that coordinates various third-party digital automation tools, AI execution elements, API calls, and email engines. You explicitly acknowledge that:

  • NeoSymmetry LLC does not own, operate, or maintain the third-party tools, applications, or platforms taught in the courses.
  • You are entirely responsible for procuring, maintaining, licensing, and paying for any third-party software subscriptions necessary to execute the automated workflows taught in our training programs.
  • NeoSymmetry LLC shall not be held liable for any system downtime, technical glitches, modifications, API closures, or service terms updates executed by third-party platforms that may affect your implementation of the NeoSymmetry protocols.

5. User Responsibilities and Compliance

As a professional user of our training frameworks, you agree to execute all agentic marketing systems and automated email structures in strict compliance with all applicable regional, national, and international laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). NeoSymmetry LLC explicitly disclaims all liability for any legal infractions, domain blacklisting, account suspensions, or compliance failures resulting from your automation deployment.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEOSYMMETRY LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, ARCHITECTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, OPERATIONAL INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS REPUTATION, DOMAIN BLACKLISTING, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR TRAINING MATERIALS OR WORKFLOWS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of NeoSymmetry LLC to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be strictly limited to the total amount of fees actually paid by you to NeoSymmetry LLC for the specific training course giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeoSymmetry LLC, its managers, members, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, costs, and attorney’s fees resulting from your use of the training materials, your implementation of the NeoSymmetry automated systems, your violation of these Terms, or any violation of third-party rights or applicable laws through your marketing campaigns.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your relationship with NeoSymmetry LLC shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (or the state where your LLC is formally registered), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or the use of our Services shall be settled through confidential, binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration association (such as the American Arbitration Association) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

9. Severability and Complete Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
